Customer

I bought a 13.3 artist pro almost a year ago. I had an amazing experience, the tablet was working well and I created masterpieces with it. I was impressed with the high quality (for such an excellent price!).
The tablet arrives packed so well and professionally.
It comes with some accessories which are helpful like a glove, cleaning cloth, stand etc.
The drivers are easy to install, all you need to do is follow simple instructions (you receive this with the tablet).
The screen is amazing, the pen has no lag and the tablet works with so many programs.
Unfortunately, after a few months I had some issues with the screen. I contacted xp-pen who were so helpful and tried to help me as best as possible via email. When the problem wasn't resolved, they sent me a replacement pen but this too didn't help. I contacted them again and they kindly replaced my tablet. Unfortunately, the tablet had some issues too, so I contacted them again.
Their support was amazing- they answered my emails and were extremely helpful. Although the tablet was already out of the return period, they gave me a full refund for the item.
Since I have had such a wonderful experience whilst the tablet was working properly and their customer support is fantastic, I decided to give xp-pen another go and I've just purchased another tablet (a different model this time).
UPDATE:
I checked the tablet to make sure there are no issues. There were- the screen was flickering when trying to turn the tablet on.
I emailed xp-pen and included a video of the issue in the email. They told me to return the tablet since it seems that there is a screen issue that could have happened during the shipping.
I decided to return the tablet, but meanwhile, I decided to try my luck and buy it again to see if the issues are common or it's just this tablet. I recieved the new tablet and... the same issues again.
I'm not so sure what this is all about, but it's a real shame.

Good luck using their products.

Good luck using their products.
These people made an art out of stupidity. There is no model name on my tablet and the serial number doesn't trace back to one either.
So, i cannot even be sure of the model I have.
I installed like 4 driver, none works.
I'm throwing this tablet away it's useless. Worst experience I had in a long time.

Done the job.... Barely

Here's the deal. I've used the Artist 22E for a while now for University. about 3 years. the quality of the tablet was great.
I created excellent pieces of art... when it worked...
the biggest glaring issue with XP-PEN is their propensity to drop support for older models when they bring out newer models to replace them. The new artist range is what's currently actively supported but the old range has been discarded with BARELY functioning drivers.
I cant even remember how many times I've had to uninstall and reinstall drivers over the years. I think the longest I've gone without needing to uninstall and reinstall is 3-4 months and that only happened once.
All in all, with Wacom selling the "One" and the Cintiq 16HD there's really no reason to choose XP Pen over them, sure you lose a bit of size but the quality assurance and driver support is there, there's also a community out there with hundreds of support tutorials and solutions. try finding the same for XP Pen outside the forums, its impossible. after this lasting me 3 years buying a Cintiq is what I will do and ill probably pawn this off to my sibling for a incredible bargain.
and the last thing is their logistics and localization. I don't know where XP Pen are based, but good lord is it difficult to find extra equipment for it, like chargers, pens etc. again I return to the old models being cast into the abyss and never spoken of again. its just bad service.

Owned a Artist 12 for just over a year

Owned a Artist 12 for just over a year.
Screen is scratched to hell with general (not intense) use and regular nib replacement.
I invested with a 'pro' 22 which at literally one month after its first year started to flicker and eventually not come on at all.
XP pen required me to pay for return postage to inspect a bulky item.
So thought what the hell..lets open this baby and see what could be the issue (I build pcs so have some electronics experience)
Shocked to find that the internals were badly connected with GLUE. Ribbons were feeble. Some low quality cabling. Connectors for USB/HDMI and DVI are not durable.
I got this 'pro' model running again but feel the product is unreliable.
A rule here.
Pay cheap. PAY MORE.
Never buying a XP Pen again. Looks like I will have to fork out more expense and give a Wacom a go.

Customer service is worse then the malfunctioning tablet.

We purchased a Xp-pen Pro 24 for around $900. Within the first week of using it the tablet started having connection issues where it would not register the video form our brand new iMac Pro. We contacted Xp-pen and they quickly sent a new one. The new tablet has the same issues. It has been almost 2 months since this started and we still haven’t been able to return it. At Xp-pen’s request we have sent multiple videos showing the tablet not working and have tried it on multiple computers with several different connection methods. Despite asking for a refund in almost every email, Xp-pen ignores that and asks us for more videos or if we want to “remote” with them. This is the worst “customer service” we have ever had to deal with. Avoid this company and their products.
*After 2 months we were finally able to return the tablet and received a full refund.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash, albeit fancy overpriced trash. You'd be better off getting an Ipad. The accuracy of the tablet I have, one of their most recent versions, IS TERRIBLE. It cannot be used for anything needing accurate tracking. You can't write with it, the grips on the back arent useful, its cumbersome and a hassle to use overall. Even the stand it came with BROKE, because it was made with cheap plastic. Dont waste your time or money. There are unneccasary wires, that are already fraying (Ive had this thing for less than a year). The stand CUT ME when it broke.

Great teacher tool

Using as a teaching tool not as a graphics tablet. Very happy with it. Received very quickly.

Great starter tablet!

The XP-PEN Deco Pro has been an excellent tool for me in graphic design and artistic purposes. Every aspect is great. Very thin design, intuitive software, precise pen with phenomenal pressure levels and reliability. The tablet itself has never given me a single issue, and it includes a plethora of great features. Great buy, highly recommend.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT A SCAM…

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SCAM WEBSITE
I recently made a purchase of an Artist Display 13.3 Pro from the website storexppen.com. This is a scam website. I think that the xp-pen.com website might be a scam too, because when I went to it, hovered my mouse over the store button, and clicked which country I was from, it brought me straight back to the storexppen.com website. As soon as made my payment, I received a receipt from PayPal saying I had made a payment to XPPEN Technology CO. This made me suspicious, because I had opted out of paying with PayPal and had instead paid with a credit card. I was also suspicious of the very unprofessional hotmail email address attached to the PayPal receipt. I got in contact with PayPal through their message center and explained the situation. They assigned me a case number, emailed the seller, and instructed me to try and settle the dispute with the seller. If it could not be resolved, I had the option to file a claim with PayPal (PayPal is very strict with their sellers. If the buyer does not receive the product they paid for, the seller has to refund the seller). So I emailed the seller requesting a refund. They replied with some BS that the product had been shipped out from the warehouse so they couldn't give me a refund at this time. Our email correspondence continued as I kept on politely responding to their shaky responses with more questions and concerns. This tactic seemed to have worked, because I just received an email today from PayPal that I had been refunded my money. For anyone else who has been scammed by this website, I would highly recommend doing what I did as quickly as possible, seeing as there might a time limit for when you can file a claim with PayPal. I bought and already received my Artist Display through Amazon, so I am a happy camper. I also reported this website to the authorities, and hopefully it will be taken down soon.
